There’s No Place Like Camp!

 

Tello Films and ClexaCon are proud to introduce a new concept for LGBTQ+ women and non-binary creatives - a camp specifically designed for filmmakers and content creators looking to learn new skills and meet new collaborators, all while enjoying the fun of a sleepaway camp!

 

We’ve got the perfect location: on the edge of Nashville, at a camp with 320 acres with plenty of wilderness areas, a lake, recreation areas and a variety of shooting locations! It’s a great place to shoot a short project and also to enjoy the fun of camp, with activities that include a giant rock wall, ziplining, canoeing and hiking that you can enjoy when we take a break from production-focused workshops and shooting your project.

 

Over the course of 4 days, you’ll be teamed up with other content creators in groups to shoot a short project within the camp grounds. Come to camp with friends or current collaborators or come by yourself. We’ll make sure each team has the best possible mix of creative skills, based on the overall signup for camp. Each day we’ll have a workshop and discussion with some established filmmakers and creators to help everyone learn new skills.
